Brussels avenue Louise New York style

Marcotte Style took care of the total furnishing of this apartment on Avenue Louise in Brussels & created a unique interior experience in New York Style. Marcottestyle once again received “carte blanche” for the total interior design of a businessman from Paris. From new floors, electricity, rearrangement of rooms to the custom kitchen, everything was undertaken by Marcottestyle. This resulted in a cost of a few 100,000 €, but if you look at the “before and after” photos at the end of this photo book, you will quickly understand that due to this added value, which was created here, the cost price quickly became relatively insignificant, with the owner immediately making a hefty profit on the sale.

As soon as one opens the front door of the apartment, one gets the impression of entering another world. The theme is effectively deliberate though black and white with red accents. The style here can be called specific. One could say sleek modern, although it sometimes shifts back to classic while retaining some design details as well.

The colors in the hall are also the “black & white” theme with marble floor.  The paneling and doors form a whole in the same color:

The kitchen is sleekly modern. The red and black lacquered kitchen cabinets are interrupted by LED strips. A stainless steel stove with black ceramic cooktop makes it very sleek. At the pleasant bar, there are three beautiful leather bar chairs.

The colors are always continued into the bedrooms. Marcottestyle turned two rooms into one with dressing room and bedroom. The spaces are separated by an automated double door. This way one can make one space or keep it intimate.

Each bedroom now also has its own bathroom in suite:

The extraordinary is carried through to the bathrooms. The main bathroom has a corner bathtub with also a massage shower and the water coming from the taps is colored blue or red depending on whether it is cold or hot. Of course, this does not mean that the water is colored but because of the water flowing on a special translucent cascade, the background colors as the water warms.

Marcottestyle stripped all the walls of this apartment: new ceilings, wall plaster, parquet, electricity, windows, painting, furniture, etc.  Take a close look at the BEFORE & AFTER:
