Modern interior design villa in Wilrijk

Modern decor:

No wonder this sublime total renovation is featured in Patrick Retour’s new 2019-2020 book “living with style.”
The villa was completely redecorated.
The house was then reduced to a shell situation.

In the living room, the the bar completely designed by Marcottestyle and is the masterpiece of the space.
The large long white modern dining table matches the whole.
A dozen very comfortable chairs from the Marcottestyle collection complete the warm atmosphere.

Carte blanche with participation:

Marcottestyle was given carte blanche by residents to create a perfectly finished modern interior according to their well-defined budget.
After the presentation of a realistic 3D, the clients and the contractors were immediately on the same wavelength.
Having all craftsmen under one roof allows Marcottestyle to passionately deliver a perfect work from A to Z for each renovation.
This always with only one and the same responsible person who follows everything up and makes sure that the client is 100% satisfied.
The toilets are also at the forefront of perfect integration in terms of design.

Modern Hallway:

The idea was to continue one line to achieve a homogeneous image.
Soft gray tones were chosen, with contrasting wenge wood walls.
The dark toned wood was interrupted by white panels in high-gloss paint.
This makes it much fresher.
Some walls are framed by profiles in brushed aluminum.
The finish is state of art and very expertly applied to perfection.

A modern kitchen:

Of course, a beautiful and practical kitchen is also part of the overall project, and to continue the line, the kitchen was given a summer look.
White high-gloss paint everywhere creates a light reflection and makes the kitchen a little more spacious.
Precisely because the old kitchen was not commensurate with the grandeur the villa would now have, a wall was removed and moved only 70 cm, making the space optimal.
This gave the opportunity to add a spacious island.
TV were incorporated everywhere in a subtle way.
On one side are a full wall of custom cabinets.
A concealed door in this wall cabinet connects the kitchen to the home cinema or TV lounge.
On the other side, a new opening was made in the wall to connect to the dining area.
After this intervention, one has the feeling that this new layout has always been this way.

Luxury modern home cinema:

Once the door is opened to the luxurious home cinema, the surprise is spontaneous.
Here the modern cachet is omnipresent.
The original designer lamp from Italy gives the first impression.
The airy azure tones in the carpet and cushions is continued in the glossy walls with light reflections.
An LED strip further accentuates the blue reflective band in the two walls.
Furthermore, the playful curtains in “wave” provide a summer feeling.
Thanks to a special system, the curtains always stay in the same wavy shape.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing room in suite:

The upper floor was given 3 large bedrooms, each with an en suite luxury bathroom with toilet and large walk-in shower, as well as a beautiful dressing room, instead of several small rooms.
So the interior designer started from scratch when puzzling together the rooms.
And with the stylish furnishings, he ended up with a gem of an interior.

Always attached to each bedroom is a bathroom: The twin daughter will have the same bedroom with dressing room and bathroom as her brother: The daughter’s bathroom in suite: The brother enjoys a more sturdy bedroom with dressing room and bathroom in suite: The boy’s bathroom with some darker shades:

The guest room and office:

The renovation:

The renovation was done in two phases: first the upper floor and a year later the ground floor.
This gave the residents the opportunity to live either downstairs or upstairs for the time being during the works.
Thanks to having everything in one hand at Marcottestyle, not a day is lost.
The plumbers work alongside the electricians, after which the plasterers can immediately finish everything off perfectly.
As soon as the screed is dry, the parquet installers arrive and everything runs smoothly.
