Small, but beautiful:
Another small project where everything has been updated. Some old houses are just not of our time. So we start by insulating the walls, new windows with a coefficient of minimum 1.0. Then we take on the plumbing and heating which is usually with outdated pipes in the screed. If the plaster of the walls is loose here and there, it is also ideal to plaster the walls back new. This also allows us to immediately renew the entire electricity to current standards.
3D or realistic projection:
Elegant interior:
Beautiful TV furniture:
A TV is a black spot and at Marcottestyle we always conceal it in a cabinet. Sometimes this can be done with an elevator out of the cabinet and here we opted to open the cabinet with upward sliding panels. This system in cascade form, while not as cheap, is functional and beautiful in design.
Adequate lighting:
Marcottestyle pays great attention to ambient lighting in addition to functional light. Around the rooms, an LED strip is incorporated into the canopies where the wooden blinds are concealed. This provides a uniform beautiful warm white light, with the pendant lights with gold leaf providing more of a true ambient light.
The Residential Kitchen:
A 3m table with eight to ten chairs fits this space perfectly. The kitchen, which has not been renewed suddenly turns out to be very new. The parquet was extended from the living room to the kitchen,
BEFORE and AFTER:
A world of difference: even the current owners can’t really believe yet that this is their new home. Other than that, little comment is needed.
