This penthouse with its 360 ° view over the city of Brussels, the Kamerenbos south of the famous avenue Louise to the Sonian Forest has a unique location.
The sun rises in the large living room to let the sun into the dining area in the afternoon and in the evening the beautiful sunset can be admired.
The kitchen and master bedroom have an infinite view above the forest.
The view from the penthouse remains a fantastic spectacle all day long.
This did push up the budget a bit to make sure everything finished it to perfection.
With such a location, added value is of course guaranteed. With the right furniture, provided by Marcottestyle, the first impression when entering the hall is determined by all the appropriate details. The kitchen was fitted with new floor-to-ceiling windows that give a more spacious feel.
Music boxes were installed in the new drop ceilings.
The recurring brick-colored accent was repeated in the bar stools.
The somewhat staid style of the kitchen was subtly broken by the use of white washed oak, keeping this space homogeneous against the rest of the penthouse.
Details make the interior of this penthouse a concept with international allure.
The Bathrooms: the best materials were chosen such as water taps by Philippe Starck and a designer bathtub.
The sense of nature was carried through into the bathroom with a kind of curved Plexiglas made to measure and incorporating branches, which creates a pleasant atmosphere and even gives the impression that somewhere one gets the feeling that there are two windows present in the room.
The designer here also uses an illumination of 3000 K which is a cold light, together with the LED spotlights which then give a warm white light.
The combination is just brilliant.
You have sun all day long and an automatic awning was quickly chosen for the three large terraces surrounding the penthouse.
The guideline with brown-gray furniture, white-washed oak paneling and white walls along with a few large brick red accents gives a fresh feel and creates unity throughout the home.
The beautiful lavish tafta curtains in the exact same colors finish it off in the same vein.
As always, all the details are there.
The atmosphere is cozy.
Not for nothing that this project will already appear in some interior design books.
Marcottestyle was given carte blanche to create, with the budget agreed in advance, a splendid piece of furniture where politicians or functionaries and other busy people could find their privacy and relax.
In all rooms, the music installation was taken care of down to the smallest detail: each room had its speakers in the ceiling so that from room to room one can listen to its most pleasant music in connection with the Internet that really reminds one of a 6 star hotel.
All the colors were played on without losing the guideline.
In this total project, in addition to the curtains, lighting, furniture, as is usually the case, all small decoration items were also taken care of by Marcottestyle.
This always remains a win/win operation as Marcottestyle is always able to supply this at better conditions than via the baanwinkels or ordinary decoration stores, through its direct contacts and thanks to the absence of salesmen.
A total concept is always an attractive opportunity to create a stylish interior. See all our press articles and relax in our creations!
