Atypical decor:
With only 46 m² of living room, kitchen, hallway and bedroom, this studio has obtained an interesting sense of space. Of course, an open kitchen was created with a modern bar from the VONDOM brand. Instead of building partition walls, ingenious work was done with cabinets that form a wall and separate the living room with kitchen from the bedroom.
By making the cabinets both in the bedroom and in the living room, one gets an acoustic wall.

Drawing up a floor plan is important:
To fit the right furniture into such a small space, every inch matters.
There should not be too little furniture, but certainly not too much either.
As much furniture as possible without being overcrowded.
By thinking carefully and drawing everything out to size on a floor plan, it is possible for 5 people to sit at the table with 2 more at the bar.
There is also a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

In total, this studio is 57m²: 46m² living room, kitchen and bedroom + 8,6m² wc and beautiful bathroom in marble. In addition, the hall and a laundry or storage room of 4.7 sqm.
Everything fits together and through a perfect room layout, one gets the impression of a grand apartment, rather than an ordinary studio.
Fresh elements, such as the white bar and the coffee table in white lacquered cubic high gloss form a whole.
To this are added two matching bar stools, which seem hard, but in the end feel very comfortable.
The playful nuances in this rug makes the design even more interesting. Harmony par excellence.
At first glance, the sleeping sofa is an ordinary beautiful comfortable sofa, but at a glance this becomes a beautiful bed of 1.6m.

Of course, this remains an additional gadget, but also in the white colors there are already 4 options: from cold white to very warm white.
And for this there is only a very small price difference.
