Interior designer in Beveren
Generous houses, little built-in storage.
Beveren has many detached houses with large rooms, and the question is nearly always about storage that does not look like storage. A wall of cabinetry from floor to ceiling does more than three separate cupboards, and takes up less room to the eye.
We draw that wall running on with the plinth of the house, and keep one or two niches open. If you want to stay contemporary country, we choose a flat front with a fine frame.

From Beveren to the showroom.
The showroom is in Kapellen, twenty minutes through the tunnel. By appointment, so the right samples are ready. Measuring is done at your home, in Melsele, Haasdonk, Vrasene or Kallo.

The fee
What you pay for the design.
With us the fee depends on who carries out the work. If you have the whole project built by us, the design is included. All percentages exclude VAT.

For subcontractors of Marcottestyle, for certain building works.

For contractors you choose yourself, or items we cannot purchase directly.

Stopping early?
After the first presentation you pay 2 % on the quotation or the stated budget, with a minimum of 500 euros excluding VAT. You take the design with you, without dimensions.

Stopping later?
Then it is 2.5 % per dossier on the quotation or estimate, options included.

Working in Beveren.
Do you also come to Melsele, Haasdonk and Kallo?
Yes, all villages of Beveren fall within the same working area. The first visit is free, even if you do not take it further.
Can you do only the kitchen?
That is possible. Many clients start with one room and extend later. Because we keep the file, the second project joins on to the first.
What about the price of the design?
We charge no fee on the design. You pay for the execution, and the drawings and 3D are included in that.
Do you work with my architect?
Yes, that happens often. We take on the interior and coordinate with the architect and contractor on services and scheduling.
Do you also do a single room?
Yes. Many clients start with the living room or the kitchen. Because we keep the design, a later phase still matches.
Do you work outside Belgium?
Yes. Our work stands in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France among others. We deliver and fit with our own people.
Can I just talk it through first?
That is exactly the idea. The first meeting and the budget estimate are free and commit you to nothing. You can pick a moment straight away.
