Large rooms call for large dimensions.
In a villa with rooms of fifty square metres ordinary dimensions look mean. A wall unit 220 cm high disappears against a three-metre ceiling, and a coffee table of 120 cm drowns in the space.
So we draw through to the ceiling, with higher plinths and heavier profiles, and choose furniture dimensions that belong to the room. Both classic and contemporary.

Our showroom in Kapellen is twenty minutes away. Visits are by appointment, so the right samples are ready and someone has time for you.

The fee
What you pay for the design.
With us the fee depends on who carries out the work. If you have the whole project built by us, the design is included. All percentages exclude VAT.

Stopping early?
After the first presentation you pay 2 % on the quotation or the stated budget, with a minimum of 500 euros excluding VAT. You take the design with you, without dimensions.

Then it is 2.5 % per dossier on the quotation or estimate, options included.

Working in Schilde.
Our room has a three-metre ceiling. Do you draw up to the top?
Yes. Storage belongs high up, and a cabinet that stops halfway always looks too small. What you rarely need goes into the top compartments.
Do you also do the seating and the curtains?
Yes. Seating, textiles and rugs sit in the same file as the bespoke work, with the same measuring and fitting.
Do you also work in 's-Gravenwezel?
Yes, it falls within the same working area as Schilde.
Do you work with my architect?
Yes, that happens often. We take on the interior and coordinate with the architect and contractor on services and scheduling.
Do you also do a single room?
Yes. Many clients start with the living room or the kitchen. Because we keep the design, a later phase still matches.
Do you work outside Belgium?
Yes. Our work stands in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France among others. We deliver and fit with our own people.
